From First Call to Business Owner Here’s How It Works

Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and efficient. At every stage, you’ll know exactly where you stand and what comes next.

Step 1 - Free Consultation

We begin with a real conversation — not a sales pitch. Whether in person or virtually, we take the time to understand your goals, your financial situation, your industry interest, and your timeline.

What We Cover

  • The type of business you want to start, buy, or fund
  • Your current financial picture: savings, credit, income
  • Your timeline and urgency
  • Which services are right for your situation

This consultation is 100% free. By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s possible and what the next step looks like.

Step 2 - Strategy & Planning

Based on your consultation, we build a customized roadmap. This includes identifying the right funding program, the right type of business to acquire, and the documents and plans required to move forward.

What We Build

  • A personalized path to ownership
  • A professional business plan (where required for funding or acquisition)
  • Financial projections tailored to your specific situation
  • A prioritized list of funding programs or acquisition targets
Step 3 - Funding & Matching

We prepare your complete funding file and submit it to the right lenders. We don’t mass-submit applications — we match you with lenders who have a proven record of funding clients in similar situations.

What We Do

  • Finalize and package all application documents
  • Submit to matched lenders or programs
  • Follow up, respond to lender inquiries, and manage the process
  • For acquisitions: negotiate with sellers and arrange purchase financing
Step 4 - Approval or Acquisition

The final step — confirming your approval or closing your business purchase. We stay with you through every stage so nothing falls apart at the finish line.

What You Receive

  • Funding approval and disbursement (for loan clients)
  • Signed purchase agreement and business handover (for acquisition clients)
  • A business that is yours
